On January 18, a press conference featuring collaboration between humans and robots was held in Hangzhou. FANJIA’s new-generation AI embodied robot “Xiao Yang” appeared alongside Yang Yinfeng, Founder and CEO of FANJIA, to showcase FANJIA’s latest achievements in AI application for enterprise services. Together, they opened a new chapter of collaboration between carbon-based and silicon-based entities and accelerated the intelligent upgrading of enterprise services.

Built exclusively for enterprise service scenarios, “Xiao Yang” is powered by FANJIA’s Enterprise Service AI Agent and deeply integrated with FANJIA’s 15 years of industry data. It delivers one-stop intelligent service solutions covering travel booking, daily consumption and office management for enterprises and their employees, helping businesses cut operational costs and improve employee satisfaction.
During the launch event, “Xiao Yang” demonstrated flight booking capabilities. When Yang Yinfeng specified the origin and destination, “Xiao Yang” completed flight reservations automatically in accordance with his corporate travel policy and personal preferences, demonstrating robust interaction, analytical and decision-making capabilities. After confirming the booking, “Xiao Yang” also provided real-time weather and traffic alerts, featuring a more human-centric design compared with industrial robots.

Notably, as the world’s first AI robot with autonomous payment capability, “Xiao Yang” leverages FANJIA’s WorkBee payment system to complete online payments across all consumption scenarios. Whether booking hotels, purchasing train tickets, ordering food or buying skincare products, “Xiao Yang” can autonomously complete purchases on demand. Beyond online consumption scenarios, FANJIA has rolled out the WorkBee Global CEO Card, seamlessly connecting offline consumption scenarios. This means “Xiao Yang” is able to serve enterprises anywhere across the globe.

Driven by FANJIA’s continuously optimized AI models, “Xiao Yang” possesses near-human perceptual capabilities and high intelligence. It can perceive, understand and reason about the external environment, and collaborate with other terminals to bridge the digital and physical worlds. Currently, it can handle tasks including visitor reception, facility patrols and energy-saving management, and has begun to operate in complex scenarios such as office supplies management. Trained continuously on FANJIA’s data models to learn the behavioral patterns of enterprises and employees, “Xiao Yang” flexibly adapts to evolving enterprise service demands and acts as an indispensable assistant for corporate intelligent transformation.

With the rapid advancement of AI technology, more general and autonomous agents will reshape product forms and penetrate deeper into work and daily life, playing an increasingly vital role in enterprise and commercial sectors. FANJIA keeps pace with this trend and continues to expand application scenarios for its Enterprise Service AI Agent. Beyond consumption services for enterprises and staff, FANJIA actively explores customer service, data analysis, marketing and other fields to deliver comprehensive support for enterprises and greater convenience for employees’ work and life.
Yang Yinfeng stated: “As ‘Xiao Yang’ keeps learning and evolving, it will take on more complex tasks and become a capable assistant and close partner in our work and life. In the future, everyone will have their own ‘Xiao Yang’.”
