On February 2, Fanjia launched Virgo AI Assistant. Yang Yinfeng, Founder and CEO of Fanjia, demonstrated on site Virgo’s generative service capabilities across multiple scenarios including travel management, attendance tracking, health management and personal image support.

Defined as the “Work Companion”, Fanjia’s Virgo stays closely alongside every user. It records data covering work activities, shopping, travel and health, acting as an all round AI companion for work, travel, wellness and more. Users can interact with Virgo anytime via dialogue boxes and submit their requests. In response to user queries or interactions, it rapidly generates relevant content or delivers corresponding services. For instance, if a user asks Virgo: “Recommend foods suitable for fitness and weight loss”, Virgo will analyze comprehensive data including the user’s body metrics, shopping habits and nutritional intake, recommend appropriate dietary plans, and locate matching products from FanJia FuXuan, the company’s shopping platform.

Since its founding, Fanjia has consistently explored ways to boost corporate growth and improve employee well being. The Virgo AI assistant will usher in a new era for Fanjia’s enterprise service offerings. According to Yang Yinfeng, over the next decade, all Fanjia businesses will be integrated into AI systems. The AI platform will connect with Fanjia developed smart hardware such as ETC devices and attendance machines to realize data links between people and devices, unlocking full scenario enterprise data. In the future, Virgo will understand enterprises and their employees even better than they understand themselves.
At present, Virgo is available by invitation only beta access and will gradually roll out to more users. Yang Yinfeng remarked, “Data for Good sits at the core of our future AI systems. It can make everyone’s life more convenient and fulfilling, and we look forward to that future drawing nearer.”
